The Process

ProGlobal will meet with you, location permitting, or have a detailed conversation to ascertain your current circumstances, experience, motivations and aspirations and, at the same time, provide you with an insight into the types of locations and opportunities within which we are recruiting.  We would then require an up-to-date CV from you (and can work with you in drafting this), and would agree an action plan in terms of how you would like us to represent you.  This is typically an agreement on the specific firms and locations you would wish us to consider and approach on your behalf.

From there we will guide you through the entire process, from thorough briefings on Accountancy firms, Commerce or Financial Services organisations, to interview guidance, ongoing country research and ultimately, once you have secured the right role… actually making the move itself!
