A rare opportunity has become available within this global firm, for an experienced Analyst or Assistant Manager to join the Advisory team. The team provides services to clients on corporate insolvency, business restructuring and turnaround management. Your wide remit will incorporate:
- The full range of insolvency engagements
- Corporate restructures
- Litigation matters
- Sales of business
- Safe harbour and independent business reviews
- General client-related matters
To ensure success, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s.
- CA/CPA qualified (or undertaking ARITA qualification).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of and experience working on voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships, as well as personal insolvency market is necessary.
- Experience working alongside and dealing with solicitors, directors, banks, and creditors.
- Experience coaching, guiding, training, and developing junior team members.
