ProGlobal is working in conjunction with Partners in recruiting for a Lawyer/Legal Counsel within the expanding Banking and Financial Services Practice. Your remit will involve:
- Advising and assisting clients in the drafting of all types of contractual documents concerning all types of financial transactions for commercial and investment banks.
- Advising credit institutions and PSF on all types of regulatory issues.
Suitable candidates will hold a university degree in law and must have an excellent command of English, French and German. An enviable remuneration package is offered including a comprehensive benefits package and relocation. Outstanding career potential.
