ProGlobal is working in conjunction with this global firm in appointing a new Audit Manager.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, lead and develop the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution of ongoing engagements.
  • Service line management, including contribution to overall service line strategy.
  • Identify audit and engagement risks and assist to determine the appropriate audit for each assignment and communicate to the Audit Directors.
  • Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with audit plan, procedures and appropriate quality of work
  • Lead and participate in technical consultations

Suitable applicants will meet the following criteria:
  • Previous experience in supporting and managing a team.
  • Completed post graduate qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Provides strong motivation to inspire a high performing team and a positive culture.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise used to assist existing and new clients.
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior members of a team.
