The Corporate Tax team of this global firm is a fast paced team which works with clients to structure business activities and transactions in a manner that manages both the tax imposts and taxation risks on the business. The team engages with local and international clients addressing matters such as tax strategy, planning and compliance, international tax, acquisitions, divestments and financing.
A self motivated Tax Manager is required, who will effectively:
- Manage day to day client relationships across a variety of Corporate Tax compliance and advisory projects
- Coach and develop others within the Corporate Tax team to drive a collaborative culture
- Research market concepts
- Network across the industry to enhance your profile and support a range of targeted marketing initiatives
Key characteristics required are:
- Established Corporate Tax consulting skills gained from within an accounting, legal or corporate environment.
- A completed CA or equivalent professional qualification
- Exceptional client skills
- A lateral and inquisitive mind
