Job Details: ProGlobal Consulting is working in tandem with a world renowned Practice in recruiting for several Transfer Pricing roles within its Malaysian office.
Candidates at Manager or Senior Manager level will be considered and responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities/requirements of the role:
- Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations;
- Analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions;
- Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services / work products;
- Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services;
- Identify and pursue transfer pricing opportunities with the aim to get new engagements;
- Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals;
- Manage the work of client service team members;
- Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
- Experience in managing transfer pricing projects.
- Experience in dealing with the authorities on transfer pricing audits, negotiations
- Able to identify and market opportunities to clients
- Able to work independently
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal / written communication skills;
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
